    Thank you for giving all the good benefits for drinking organic herbal teas. I think Ginger is the one you will find most in our house. It has that spiciness that gives the tea a little kick. We like to combine different teas like ginger and peppermint or ginger green tea. Cinnamon is also a good one. We are always in the market for good ginger tea. I’ll have to check Buddha tea out and see what they have.
