In my research, I found that there are several Bible foods that reduce fat, and also improve your overall health.
 For those of us that are Christians, the authoritative source is the Bible.  I became curious to see if the Bible mentions foods that may help in fat loss.
What I found may surprise you as it did me.  Hopefully this will encourage you to put some of these Bible foods that reduce fat in your own diet.

Consecrate yourselves therefore, and be holy, for I am holy. You shall not defile yourselves with any swarming thing that crawls on the ground.

As you can see, the bible has much to say about what we should, and should not eat, and also tells us the bible foods that reduce fat.
